How do I deal with the permit process?

We make the sometime nerve-racking process of obtaining permits a non-factor by completing this for you.  Once you submit the needed information to us, we take care of the rest.    

What about licensing?

Caruso-Dellomo Construction, Inc. is a licensed, registered builder in the State of New Jersey.  New Jersey also requires most contractors to have a Home Improvement Contractors License, of which the company obtains yearly.    

Should I obtain my own architect?

We will bid designs from all qualified architects.  If you do not have one yet, we can suggest one for you.

What about Insurance?

Caruso-Dellomo Construction, Inc. is fully insured. You should never be afraid or hesitant to ask your contractor insurance questions. We will gladly supply this information to prospective clients.

How long has your company been in business?

Caruso-Dellomo Construction, Inc. was incorporated in1994. Owners Tim Caruso and Pete Dellomo each had ten-plus years in the construction industry prior to that, leading to a combined, fifty-plus years of experience between them.
